Olympic Community of Health (OCH) recently gathered project proposals from OCH Implementation Partners. Enhanced transformation projects are an opportunity for partners across the Olympic region to take additional steps toward addressing determinants of health – those conditions in which people are born, grow, live, and age that affect a wide range of health, functional, and quality of life outcomes and risks.
