This event is free and open to the public.   This event is intended for the on-the-ground health and human services workforce who connect people with resources they need to lead healthy lives. Other names this workforce may use include:  Coordinator  Community health worker  Promotora  Navigator  Educator  Home visitor  And more...   Olympic Community of Health is pleased to again bring together the regional health and human services workforce that connects people with resources they need to lead healthy lives, and to empower a larger community of care in the Olympic Region. This convening will:

• Facilitate a collaborative network to enhance care coordination and resource sharing across the Olympic region.
• Foster resiliency of the health and human services workforce.
• Provide follow-up and peer support regarding Medicaid Redetermination process.

Attendees will have opportunities to learn and practice skills that build resilience. There will also be opportunities for deeper collaboration and discussion by county.
